Terms of Service for Coaches

By registering or agreeing to fulfill an Order on the SkillCarry website (referred to as the "Platform"), you confirm that you have reviewed, understood, and accepted these Coach Terms of Service (hereafter referred to as the "Terms"). By doing so, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms.

1. Overview of These Terms

1.1 These Terms set out the rules and procedures for managing any Orders you take on as a Coach. They replace any other conditions you might seek to enforce, whether they arise from custom, practice, implied law, or prior dealings.

1.2 The Platform retains the right to amend these Terms at any time. By continuing to use the Platform after changes are made, you indicate your agreement to the revised Terms. If you do not consent to the updated Terms, you are required to stop using the Platform immediately.

1.3 These Terms are available exclusively in English. Should discrepancies arise between translations and the original text, the English version will take precedence.

1.4 Your activities on the Platform are also governed by the General Terms and Conditions.

2. Definitions

2.1 Capitalized terms used herein that are not defined in these Terms will have the meaning set forth in the General Terms and Conditions.

3. Using the Platform

3.1 The Platform provides Coaches with a non-exclusive license to access its functionalities, enabling them to select Orders and communicate with Customers in connection with providing Services.

3.2 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Platform regarding this non-exclusive license. You confirm that you have not relied on any representation or assurance that is not explicitly set forth in these Terms.

4. How to Become a Coach

4.1 To become a Coach on the Platform, you must:

  • 4.1.1 Register by clicking the "Sign Up" button on the Platform;
  • 4.1.2 Successfully complete an interview with the Platform manager;
  • 4.1.3 Provide your game-related profile statistics to the Platform manager;
  • 4.1.4 Accept and adhere to the Rules, which form an integral part of these Terms;
  • 4.1.5 Complete a test Order to demonstrate competency.

4.2 Only after completing all steps outlined in Clause 4.1 will you be authorized to provide Services through the Platform.

5. Acceptance of Orders

5.1 Once approved as a Coach, you will have access to a list of available Orders.

5.2 To accept an Order, click “Get an Order.” The Order will be assigned to the first Coach to fully accept it.

5.3 Upon successful acceptance, you will receive an Order confirmation email at the address provided during registration.

5.4 You will then be able to communicate with the Customer directly.

6. Quality of Services

6.1 Services must meet the requirements outlined by the Customer and the Platform, as specified in Article 5 of the Rules.

6.2 Deadlines for Orders are established through mutual agreement between the Customer and Platform support staff.

7. Execution of Orders

7.1 Upon completing an Order, the Coach must upload confirmation materials (screenshots and/or videos). These materials must be uploaded before the deadline and adhere to the Platform's format requirements.

7.2 Uploaded confirmation materials will serve as the primary evidence of Service completion in case of disputes.

7.3 The Platform manager will verify the submitted materials within 48 hours of upload.

7.4 If compliance with the Customer's requirements is confirmed, the Order status will be marked as “Completed.”

7.5 If the Order does not meet requirements, it may be returned for revisions or canceled without remuneration as per the Rules.

8. Warranty Period

8.1 Customers may request revisions or price reductions during the Warranty Period if dissatisfied with Service quality.

8.2 Requests for revisions must align with the original Order instructions.

8.3 The duration of the Warranty Period varies:

  • Standard: 8 business days
  • Accelerated for Trusted Coaches: 2 business days
  • No Warranty: For select Trusted Coaches

8.4 The Coach’s obligations are fulfilled upon the Warranty Period's expiration.

9. Rights of the Coaches

9.1 Order Refusal: Coaches may refuse Orders for valid reasons. However, refusal without justification may result in liquidated damages equal to the Order value.

9.2 Dispute Resolution: Coaches may seek assistance from the Platform in resolving disputes with Customers.

9.3 Additional Sales: Coaches may propose additional Services to Customers if initial Services meet expectations. Additional Orders must be processed through the Platform.

10. Prices

10.1 Prices for Services are provided in USD and include VAT. Pricing details are displayed alongside Orders.

11. Payment and Withdrawal

11.1 Coaches may withdraw their remuneration upon the Warranty Period's expiration or once an Order is marked as “done,” depending on the Warranty terms.

11.2 Refunds or Customer claims may result in payment delays or deductions.

11.3 Coaches are responsible for transaction fees, which vary based on withdrawal methods and may reach up to $500 per transaction.

11.4 Withdrawal applications are processed within 2 working days.
